This year brings Maha Gadhi Mai Mela 2024 December which is very famous around the world. Many people come to visit this Mela from various palaces of Nepal and India. The place is in Bariyarpur Municipality, Bara, Nepal. The time interval between One Mela to next Mela is 5 years. After every five years it will come exactly in the same time. The duration of this Mela after start is around one to two months.  Millions of people come to visit. There are so many items to play , visit and enjoyment. Rice cereal

Rice field: This is amazing to grow rice in field and easily collect data from when to where to grow and how it is consumed. It is magnificent that our villagers who are locally living here are very keen to grow rice and they are very dependent on it . From their whole life they can spend their times and manage the farmers skill to grow different types of cereals . Rice cereal is one of the favorite cereal and easy to grow. Rice is daily consumed cereal for food all over the world. Every persons on this planet are daily eating rice cereal . As shown in this figures how the farmers are growing rice cereals . First they prepare the field to cultivate the rice. All the edges of the field are covered and making deep mud . After growing baby rice which is later engraved in the prepared mud in the field . All the rice cereal then engraved in the field and let them to grow and they will add fertilizers twice or thrice in different times of cultivating , according to their needs. All the external weeds which are unwanted are removed form the cultivated farming and only left the cereal plant to grow . As weeds are letting down to grow the cereal , so farmers are keen to remove the weeds so that only cereals are able to grow.

 

Mangoes are fruiting in this summer season

As summer started, the flower and fruits of mangoes are beginning to blossom and lower down the tree because of being weighted downward. Some of the family of mangoes are very large, one is weighing 1 to 2 kg and the other family of mangoes are as small as chocolate, rest of the family of mangoes like one peace 200 gm to 600 gm. It depends on the family of mangoes tree.

It says mangoes are king of fruits as , it is sweetest and lovely to eat. Its color are very attractive . If the mangoes are unripe that is green fall down from tree or collected from tree unripe are made mangoes prickles and it's prickles are one of the testiest among the prickles of other gradient.

Garlic farming

Garlic is one of our daily using in vegetable as super gradient in vegetable to teste better.

How it is farming in the field ? Now we are going to introduce . First soil are made in mall particle and every seeds of garlic is placed in soil and ashes are spread over it. After sometime small plant will emerge from the garlic seed.

In this way manipulating the seeds and water supply and checking humidity and fertility of soil. There is high yield of garlic can be developed.

Small beans are seasonal beans which are very testy in eating. Farming of this beans very special and carefully farmed because it is vertically growing plant and needs upside structure from the ground.

First we place seed in the manipulated ground and supply water. After emerging of seed plant, farmer carefully protect their growth with vertically and made one  1 meter height of vertical structure after one month plant grows up and started to emerge beans.

Later we collect beans from the plant and make vegetables. Some farmer get profited from this beans after farming in many acre of lands. Mass production is one of the profitable vegetable and very demanding in market.

Banana plant is placed in shrub category of plant because it has no developed stem, branches. Though it has long height and its leaf is very long leaf. We can use its leaf as plat during marriage ceremony and other parties in villages.

 While its fruits banana is very nourishing fruits and high earning fruits. In Nepal, banana is selling in 1 dozen per 120 - 150 Rs. So, banana farming is one the high yielding and profitable farming.

Chili plant is easily grown and many farmer farming chili as vegetable and some are farming in high acre land for selling purposes. In the market it has high price even green chili has Rs. 200 per Kg. After developing its seeds and manipulating its in dry chili has high price per Kg Rs. 800.

So, farming skill is should be core thing in developing. We are all depend on farming and government is also focusing in farming and its skills.

Fish farming is the one of the best way to become rich in country side. Many people have lots of lands but they don't know what should be cultivated and farmed so that they can grow their economic status by farming.

Here, we introducing Fish farming and showing its structure and cultivation area for better fish farming. There is inlet and outlet for water supply. Pond should be deepen for good vegetation for fish and its lifecycle. Because, fish have its habitat in pond ecosystem and it is dependent on many other plants and small insects which should be present in the pond.

Without, pond ecosystem it is very difficult to grow fish. Because of all its lifecycle of fish depends on its systems, oxygen as well as feeding of fishes as well as co-system with other animals for example zooplankton, phytoplankton, and small animals are very useful for fish farming. 

Marigold plant

This is small plant of marigold, It is the most famous plant in the world, this worldwide used flower and cultivated for selling purposes in marriage celebration as well decorating parties places.

In Hindu religion, Marigold is used as worshiping, and pray to god.

Most of the people believe that marigold is one of best flower for worshiping and God Shiva is very happy while worshiping using this marigold.

Many festivals as well as special occasion, it is used as decorating flower so, it is very demanding and selling well in market and cab be earned lots of money. 

Tomato Farming

This is the tomato plant and growing tomatoes in it. Tomatoes is one of the very useful in the daily eating vegetable.

Some farmer are very keen to grow tomatoes in their field, because tomatoes are very demanding vegetable in the market and daily selling vegetable. Scientifically, tomatoes can grow in any season. 

Industrial view for tomatoes farming is very profitable because, many products of tomatoes are made by tomatoes and very good selling. 

Mango Flower

This what we are watching in this picture, it is the blossom of mango flower which is seasonal flower of mango started from March to May.

Yes we are farming and supporting the other farmer to grow perfectly and scientifically the plants which are very productive and money giving plants.

Mango is the one of the best selling fruits in the markets and good for farmer to earn lots of money and be profitable.

Starting of Summer season after ending the winter season, it started to blossom and as shown in the picture. Small mangos are started to grow and we can see the small mangoes this picture.

Brinjal farming

This is cultivated and very useful for vegetable. Most of the farmers are cultivating in March, April, May months for this vegetable to grow fast and productivity. 

Procedures for farming Brinjal:

 

1) First make the soil in small particles by cultivating machines.

2) Check the soil texture and its humidity.

3) Spread the seeds of brinjal and poured small amount of water and wait till grow.

4) When small plant of brinjal grow then place the plants of brinjal in prepared soil for vegetation in 50 cm apart from each other. Then maintain humidity and water supply.

5) Watch the growth and use pesticides for unwanted entry of small insects.

Fern Leaf is shrub in category of plant. Special type of pattern of leaf is present in the fern leaf.

1) Botanical aspect of fern leaf is very important to study its pattern of leaf.

2) It belongs to shrub type plant.

3) This plant is not cultivated but its emergence groovee plant is edible and used as vegetable though, it is grown in sides of river, ponds.

Rajghata mela 2024

 Rajghata mela(During mahashivratri 2024 march 8):

People are worshiping and gather at Rajghata, the place belong to Bara district, Jeetpur-Simara submetropolitan city. People who are devotee of lord Shiva in hindu are coming to visit and worship. The is big temple of Shiva.

  People are not only visiting but also, exchange of culture, exhibition and trade there for goods, vegetable, sweets, as well as playable goods. Many people nearby are selling sweets, goods. From one of them we bought goods for children to play. 

Every year same day, Mahashivratri Mela occur in Rajghata place for the prosperity and cultural exhibition as well as worship lord Shiva.

Dhaniya Farming

 

Coriander

It is used in daily eating vegetables, as ingredients for taste. The price of coriander is around 500 to 600 rupees per kg. Here, how we grow coriander in field is introduced. It is great source of income for farmers. The coriander is seasonal cereals which take 3 to 4 months to product come out. 

    Farmers are taking advantage of coriander farming. First, the field is grind by tractor or other devices so that the seed of coriander can grow easily, then very small amount of water is shed in the coriander field. Too many water or collection of water is bad for coriander. So, water supply should be controlled during coriander farming. The spread of coriander seeds should be 2-3mm in distance, so the stem and flower and fruits will grow well and the yield is high.

In this way coriander is farmed in field and come to the market place and milled in powder form.  

Tharu typical marriage

 

Typical marriage ceremony in Tharu ethnic culture,  as shown in the picture bride and groom making several culture procedures on the stage. Flower wreaths wearing each other, 5 unmarried girls from bride side standing in the side of bride and groom to protect, for perfuming as well as worshiping the bride and groom. From male side several people of his relation people came with bands with DJ and unite before entering female village/hometown. If they arrive near by female house , they started dance with bands and DJ , the groom sit on car with decoration while arrived in front of bride house (which was decorated) , there is several procedures started by now and finished in one day.

Marriage procedures : 3 days of celebration

1.Worshiping (Katha) , 1st day

1.Processes in the worshiping day:

It is 1st day of marriage ceremony, relational peoples are arrived (who are invited to the marriage ceremony). It is started by worshiping Hinduism ways, as Tharu are Hindu. They are worshiping gods, sometimes they play Basaha (Tharu cultural program).

  

2.Processes in the Matkor, 2nd day:

The 2nd day of marriage ceremony, people of both sides they went to every houses of his/her village which is called Bilauki. And then they went to near by temple and then goes to the mango tree for the next marriage ceremonial worshiping. In the night time of same day, they celebrate Haldi procedures, in which elders come to overlap turmeric pest to his/her body with oil. And they are dance with music.

3.Marriage day:

As described above, from male side every invited as well as his villagers unite and come to bride house with bands and DJ along with dancing and till they arrived to bride house. Now, the 1st step while arrived to the bride house, the elder of bride side worship the groom (The male who come to marriage), now groom come down from decorated Car. Then after the next step is ribbon cutting which is holding unmarried girls of bride side and ask for money to proceed. They after finishing this, the Groom now come to Stage. Now, every people who come with groom sit in front of stage. 5 girls (younger sisters of bride) come to the stage with bride. Bride and groom worship each other with flower wreath then from male side, he wear the golden ring to the bride finger. Now, Bride Face watching ceremony started, people from groom (male side) come and see the bride face and give some worthy things (money, gold, silver).

Maro(from bride side, it is made in the Matkor day, small house for the marriage celebration).

The groom brought to the Maro, and started several procedures, like shoes stolen by bride sisters and asking for money. In this way, marriage goes on and at last the Dowery brought along with bride to the groom house.

At last, the next day of marriage, Preeti vhoj started and ending marriage ceremony.
