Working place on Google

Google is one of the vast and well known search engine and working place in the world. In the information technology world Google placed rank one for its first search engine. It has many products online till now. In which most of the people in the world hang out and can earn money from it. The employee which are working back end of google platform are google employees have greet salaries. The micro workers like us also can earn from google products as much as we can but we should know how to work with google products, otherwise west of time.

1. Google adsense  is the advertising network of google by monetizing your products eg. your website , blog , youtube video  and so on , can be very profitable all over the world. Great traffic on your monetized products can make huge but your monetized products have lesser traffic, it will not amaze you to earn huge. Still need to work hard for the great income.

2. Google Ad manager is the another advertising network of google. For billion of traffic in your products we suggest use this network rather than adsense . It has great revenue than adsense network. On both case , you need to verify your products by google and go through the adding code provided by both ad network and place into your products eg. website , blogger and your videos.

3. Google Ad mob is the mobile platform the apps available for android can be monetize by google ad mob by placing its adcode and admob number placing on your apps. These are direct payment to your countries bank account after providing your information. They all need pin verification after reaching threshold amount of earned money.

4. Gpay provides payment system by implementing on your products , it will receive your product money to its merchant account and easily be withdrawn to your bank.

5. Google play console is the platform of google from where we publish our android apps which is called google playstore . After monetizing your app we can publish the app after $30 paying on play console and can earn as well if your apps become popular and generating the revenue after  monetizing with admob.

6. Google search console  is the google products which let you to introduce your websites, blogs to its search engine. After verifying product owner , it will let your products into search index. Once your webpage , website or blog are indexed , it will be searched in google that is called search engine optimization. It will give traffic to your sites or blog or your videos and get more revenue.

7. Google ads is advertising network of google. Investor, which are launching new products and needs great traffic as much as  you want can be provided by google ads network. First need investment and then later  become profitable if your products is very needful to people across the world.

8.  Blogger is the another blogger site making tools online by google . After master in blogging, people can earn through it after monetization.

9. Gmail is the another most useful products of google for email marketing and it is now categorize in google workplace where people can send receive messages anywhere.

10. Youtube is now well known google platform for watching video and by creating channel and using youtube studio people get rich earning from youtube after monetizing your channel by adsense program.

11. Google(earth) map is google product which is look like earth by locating your store locations and get touch with people get easily income from google map.

For more information go through the www.google.com and on the right side corner there is nine dote , click on it and get all the products of google.

Moon Lander

The Moon may be wetter than anyone thought.

Nasa has announced that its flying telescope has been used to confirm the presence of water on the sunlight surface of the Moon for the first time.

The Stratospheric Observatory for Infrared Astronomy (SOFIA), a modified Boeing 747SP jet with a 2.7-meter telescope that can observe from above 99.9% of water molecules in Earth's atmosphere, was able to detect the wavelength of water.

Scientists already know there is water on the Moon. It likely exists as ice in the permanently shadowed walls of craters so vast that some areas many have gone without a single ray of sunlight for billions of years. That's why NASA plans to send astronauts to the Moon's South Pole in 2024 to look for ice in Shackleton Crater, a massive impact crater about 13 miles across and several miles deep.

It's thought that cold traps inside could see temperatures of around minus 300 degrees Fahrenheit. However, in a paper published today in Nature Astronomy it appears that SOFIA has detected water molecules in Clavius Crater, one of the largest lunar craters visible from Earth, located in the Moon's southern hemisphere. SOFIA found 100 to 412 parts per million, which is roughly equivalent to a 12-ounce bottle of water, trapped in one cubic meter of soil spread across the lunar surface.

In Micro cold traps on the Moon, Hayne et al. explore the shadowy regions of the lunar surface that exist in a state of eternal darkness. They estimate that there are around 15000 square miles of permanent shadows that could contain ice. That's twice as much as previous predictions.

The study uses data from NASA's Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter, a satellite that has been in orbit of the Moon since 2009, to recreate what its surface might look like at a very small scale.

The lunar surface was thus revealed as like a golf ball, with the Moon's north and south poles especially bumpy and likely to contain many small-scale cold traps in tiny permanent shadows.

If we're right, water is going to be more accessible for drinking water, for rocket fuel, everything that NASA needs water for, said Hayne. Future missions looking for ice may be able to access these potential reservoirs much more easily than exploring a deep crater.

NCP student wing cadres thrash college chief

Kathmandu, November 19

Tri-Chandra College Chief Pradeep Bahadur Neupane was mercilessly beaten up today by members of the student  wing affiliated to the ruling Nepal Communist Party for raising fees of science and humanities streams. Neupane was rushed to the National Trauma Centre after the assoult, as he suffered injuries to his right shoulder. He has since been discharged.

Neupane was sitting in his office when around 30 members of the All Nepal National Free Students' Union barged into his room at around 11:30 am by kicking the door open. One of them instantly  kicked him and he fell to the ground. Others then grabbed him by arms, threatened to punch him, shouted at him at the top of their lungs and used foul language, according to Neupane.

"Many of them were not even college students,"Neupane said." Yet I tried to bring them to reason, but nobody listened to me. And there was I could get help as my colleagues were barred from entering the room while security personnel were not even allowed to enter the building."

The Tri-Chandra Multiple Campus, more colloquially known as the Tri-Chandra College, is a constituent campus of Tribhuvan University in Ghantaghar, Kathmandu. Found by Chandra Shamsher in 1918, it is the oldest institution of higher education in Nepal.

The present name Tri-Chandra is a small combination of two words: Tribhuvan, Maharaj Tribhuvan Bir Bikram Shah and Rana for Prime Minister Chandra Shamsher. The college was originally named Tribhuvan Chandra Intermediate Campus, but was later renamed to its current name.

The first institute of higher education in Nepal, the Tri-Chandra College, was established in 1918. The college introduced science at the intermediate level a year later, marking the origins of formal science education in the country. However, until the advent of democracy in 1951, the college was not accessible to the general public, but was available only to a few of the "elite" members of the Rana regime. The main objective of imparting science at that time was to prepare students for further study in technical subjects like medicine, engineering, agriculture, forestry, etc. in India. Science teaching on Tri-Chandra was upgraded to undergraduate level (BSc) in 1945. Trip-Chandra was originally affiliated to Calcutta University, then Patna University, before being formed at Tribhuvan University from 1959.

Nepal Communist Party (NCP) is the ruling political party in Nepal and the largest communist party in South Asia and the third largest party in Asia. It was founded on 17 May 2018, by the unification of two leftist parties, the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist) and the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Center). After 8 months of planning, integration was completed by the Party Unification Coordination Committee. The two preceding parties were subsequently disbanded, paving the way for a new united party. The party retains the CPN (Unified Marxist-Leninist), the electoral symbol of the Sun. The party is the largest political party out of the House of Representatives, the National Assembly and all seven provincial assemblies. KP Sharma Oli, Prime Minister of Nepal from 15 February 2018. Mr. Pushpa Kamal Dahal is currently the working president of the party and another president of the party is KP Sharma Oli.

The background
On 3 October 2017, the two major communist parties, the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist) and the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Center), as well as the new Shakti Party, announced an alliance for the upcoming Legislative and Provincial elections. The three parties also announced plans for post-election integration with the formation of a Coordinating Coordination Committee. On 14 October 2017, the Naya Shakti Party broke the alliance citing differences with both parties.  The alliance between the two parties won a majority in the House of Representatives and in six of the seven provincial assemblies. After the elections, it was decided that the CPN (Unified Marxist-Leninist) would get chief ministers in province number 1, province number 3, province number 4 and province number 5 and CPN (Maoist Center) would get chief ministers. Province number 6 and province number 7. The party also won a two-thirds majority in the National Assembly. After the formation of the Federal Parliament of Nepal, Khadg Prasad Oli, leader of the parliamentary party of the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist), was sworn in as Prime Minister on 15 February 2018.  To begin with the formation of the original Communist Party of Nepal in 1949, the merger of the two parties was announced on 22 April 2018, but citing insufficient time to resolve the remaining issues Integration was halted.

Integration
The CPN (Unified Marxist-Leninist) and CPN (Maoist Center) dissolved their central committees on 17 May 2018 and the new party was formed on the same day. Khadg Prasad Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal will serve as joint presidents of the party until a general conference is held. After Nepal's Election Commission refused to register the new party, the party changed its name to Nepal Communist Party (NCP) as another party called Communist Party of Nepal was already Commission registered.

Frozen Earthlike planets could support life: study

Perhaps the reason for this is us E.T. So far he has been breeding in some seriously cold weather.

A new study suggests that frozen alien planets may have a greater chance of supporting complex life than originally believed.

These so-called "snowball planets" - described as "frozen to the equator with equatorial equatorial planets" - were long considered hostile to life, but new studies suggest that of these Some exoplanets may be areas of land that are temperatures that are considered habitable.

You have these planets that traditionally you may not consider habitable and suggest that they might be, ”said Adi Swarg, the study's lead author, in a statement.

While researchers discovered that some of these "snowball" planets have sea ice near the equator, Firdaus noted that "all our life was in our oceans" during the early part of Earth, which soon formed its own Snowball went through the phase.

"There is nothing about the land," he said.

Paradise and other researchers performed thousands of simulations with different climates on "snowball planets" using inputs such as energy and carbon dioxide levels. In some simulations, the temperature near the equator of these snowball planets was above 50 degrees Fahrenheit.

That Hubble Space Telescope has been the eyes of mankind in a universe that has been continuously expanding for the past 25 years. The telescope has been responsible for capturing some of the most breathtaking images of the universe.

Join us by taking a look at the stellar tapestry of the universe with some iconic images from the observatory revolving the Earth.

Figure: Butterfly Emergence from Stellar Damage in Planetary Nebula NGC 6302. What the creatures get, which plumes of feathers are actually heating gas shells over 36,000 degrees Fahrenheit. The gas is shedding tears at over 600,000 mph in space - fast enough to travel from Earth to the Moon in 24 minutes!

"Due to their lower albedo, these unfrozen areas reach temperatures in summers higher than 10 [degrees] Celsius," the study's abstract reads. "Such conditions allow [carbon dioxide] weathering, suggesting that continental weathering may provide a mechanism to trap planets in stable snowball states. The presence of land areas with warmer temperatures and liquid surface water can be used in these. Induces a more nuanced understanding of habitability during snowball incidents. "

It was previously thought that the removal of any carbon dioxide would stop once a planet entered the snowball phase, as all surface water would freeze and there would be no gas loss. But the study found that ice planets could continue to lose CO2 even when they were in a frozen state, which would mean "some non-frozen ground and occasional water for the planet to remove carbon dioxide" The rain will be the atmosphere. Universe

The universe is a place where a lot of mass is being suspended by gravitational pull in which many galaxies exist. According to the big bang theory, our universe is expanding. The Milky Way is one of the galaxies in which our Earth is present. The distance between two months is calculated in light years. It is far away, from one mass to another. Nowadays, scientists are finding another world like Earth. Man, the first time the moon reached mass, he was almost from America. Now, they are moving towards Mars, which is called Red Planet. The robot is sent there to investigate. The Universe (Latin: Universal) is space and time and their contents,  including planets, stars, galaxies and all other forms of matter and energy. While the spatial size of the entire universe is unknown,  it is possible to measure the size of the observable universe, which is currently estimated to be 93 billion light years in diameter. In various multivariate hypotheses, a universe is one of many multiple choices  that are constituent parts of a larger plural, which itself includes space and time and its contents;  As a result, the Univers universe and hyp multiverse are synonymous with such principles.

The earliest cosmological models of the universe were developed by ancient Greek and Indian philosophers and were geostationary at the center. Over the centuries, more accurate astronomical observations inspired Nicholas Copernicus to develop heliocentric models with the Sun at the center of the solar system. In developing the law of universal gravitation, Isaac Newton produced the work of Copernicus as well as Johannes Kepler's laws of planetary motion and observations by Tycho Brahe.

Further observational corrections led to the realization that the Sun is one of the billions of stars in the Milky Way, one of at least hundreds of billions of galaxies in the universe. Many stars in our galaxy have planets. On the largest scale, galaxies are evenly and uniformly distributed in all directions, meaning that the universe has neither an edge nor a center. At smaller scales, galaxies are distributed in clusters and superclusters that form immense fibers and deflections in space, forming a massive foam-like structure.  Discoveries in the early 20th century have suggested that the universe was the beginning and the place has been expanding since then,  and it is currently expanding at an increasing rate.

The Big Bang theory is the prevailing cosmic description of the evolution of the universe. Under this theory, space and time together 13. theory 6 ago.021 billion years ago emerged and the energy and matter initially present became less dense as the universe expanded. At about 10 seconds32 seconds after an initial accelerated expansion is called the Inflationary Age, and after the separation of the four known fundamental forces, the universe slowly cooled down and continued to expand, allowing the first sub-atomic particles and simple atoms. Got permission to make. Dark matter collects slowly, forming a foam-like structure of filaments and widows under the influence of gravity. Huge clouds of hydrogen and helium were slowly drawn to the places where the dark matter was most dense, in which galaxies, stars and everything else were seen first. It is possible to see objects that are now more than 13.799 billion light years away as space has expanded itself, and it is still expanding today. This means that objects that are now 46.5 billion light years away can still be seen in their farthest past, because in the past, when their light was emitted, they were very close to the Earth.

By studying the motion of galaxies, it has been discovered that the universe contains a lot of matter according to visible objects; Stars, Akash Ganges, Nebula and Interstellar Gas. This overlooked case is known as Dark Matter (Dark means that there is a lot of strong indirect evidence in it, but we have not yet come to know it directly). The OfCDM model is the most widely accepted model of our universe. This suggests that approximately 69.2 %% 1.2% of the mass and energy in the universe is a cosmological constant (or, in the expansion of MCDM, other forms of dark energy, such as scalar fields) responsible for current. . The expansion of space, and about 25.8% of space is 1.1% Dark Matter.  Ordinary ('Byronic') matter is only 4.84 %% 0.1%  of the physical universe.  Stars, planets, and visible gas clouds make up only 6% of normal matter or about 0.29% of the entire universe. The prevailing model for the development of the Universe is the Big Bang theory.  The Big Bang model states that the earliest state of the universe was an extremely hot and dense one, and that the universe later expanded and cooled. The model is based on general relativity and simplifies assumptions like space symmetry and isotopic. A version of the model with a cosmic constant (lambda) and cold dark matter, known as the lambda-CDM model, is the simplest model that provides a reasonably good account of various observations about the universe. The Big Bang model describes observations such as the relationship of distance and redistribution of galaxies, the ratio of the number of hydrogen in helium atoms and the microwave radiation background. The initial warm, dense state is called the Planck epoch, a brief period extending from zero to a Planck time unit from a time of about 10 seconds43 seconds. During the Planck era, all types of matter and all types of energy were concentrated in a dense state, and gravity - currently the weakest of the four known forces - is believed to be strong like other fundamental forces, and all forces are May have been integrated. Since the Planck era, space has been expanding at its current scale, with a very short but intense period of temporal inflation believed to have occurred within the first 10–32 seconds.  It was a type of expansion, which we can see around us today. Objects did not physically move in space; Instead of the metric defining the space itself changed. Although objects in spacetime cannot move faster than the speed of light, this limitation does not apply to metric governing spacetime itself. This early period of inflation is believed to explain why space appears to be very flat, and much larger than light can travel since the beginning of the universe.

Within the first part of a second of the universe's existence, the four fundamental forces were separated. As the universe cooled from its precarious hot state, a variety of sub-atomic particles became able to move in a short period of time known as the quark era, hadron age, and lepton age. Together, these eras included less than 10 seconds after the Big Bang. These elementary particles, including stable protons and neutrons, sometimes fused into larger combinations, which then formed more complex atomic nuclei through nuclear fusion. This process, known as Big Bang nucleosynthesis, lasted only about 17 minutes and ended about 20 minutes after the Big Bang, so only the fastest and simplest reactions occurred. About 25% of the protons and all neutrons of the universe, by mass, were converted to helium, with traces of deuterium (a form of hydrogen) and lithium in small amounts. Any other element was produced only in very small quantities. The other 75% of the protons remained unaffected as hydrogen nuclei.

After nucleosynthesis ends, the universe is known as the photon era. During this period, the universe was still too hot for matter to form neutral atoms, so it contained a hot, dense, foggy plasma of negatively charged electrons, neutral neutrinos, and positive nuclei. After about 377,000 years, the universe had cooled down so much that electrons and nuclei could first form stable atoms. This is known as recombination for historical reasons; In fact, electrons and nuclei were combining for the first time. Unlike plasma, neutral atoms are transparent to many wavelengths of light, so for the first time the universe also became transparent. The released photons ("decodes") when these atoms are formed can still be seen today; They form the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB).

As the universe expands, the energy density of electromagnetic radiation decreases more rapidly than that of matter because the energy of a photon decreases with its wavelength. In about 47,000 years, the energy density of matter became larger than that of photons and neutrinos, and began to dominate the large-scale behavior of the universe. This marked the end of the radiation-dominant era and the beginning of the substance-dominated era.

In the early stages of the universe, dark matter concentrations slowly began to form due to small fluctuations within the density of the universe. Ordinary materials, which are attracted to them by gravity, form large gas clouds and, eventually, stars and galaxies, where the dark matter was most dense, and where it was least dense. After about 100 - 300 million years, the first star was formed, known as Population III star. These were probably very large, shiny, non-metallic and ephemeral. They were responsible for the gradual recombination of the universe between about 200–500 million years and 1 billion years, and also for the planting of a universe with elements heavier than helium through stellar nucleosynthesis.

Flood in terai region

FLOOD

Most of the district of Nepal are affected by flood , around 70 people were died , 50 people misplaced 34 thousands houses are under water. Because of , heavy rain since 3 days raining in Nepal had done huge destruction. For protection, i would like to request to my viewers, please help us.Some friends of mine the other day posted pictures showing the rampaging floods in Birtamod, the main market of Jhapa. Flood water has drowned all the roads and streets besides inundating the ground floors of almost all the buildings.

The water of the Aduwa River was flowing over a section of the East-West Highway, bringing vehicular movement to a complete halt. The small rivulet, Aduwa, that flows down from the western part of the city has inundated the settlements below the East-West Highway.

The locals were shown crossing the flooded roads by rolling up their trousers to their knees as the water level in the entire city is at least three feet high. In some open spaces, the floods were as expansive as the big rivers, as if the pictures were those of rivers, not of the booming town of eastern Terai. The play grounds of the local schools and colleges were submerged by the floodwaters.

Indeed, my friends tried their best to take the best picture of the flood in their city with their mobile phones and uploaded them on facebook. All the locals were worried by the rising water level around their homes, and are now waiting for the floodwater to recede.

Not only Birtamod, other towns and many villages of this district have also been inundated badly, in which one man was killed and two others were swept away. The security personnel rescued a few children who had climbed up the trees to save themselves from the floods. Many areas in Bhadrapur, Kumarkhod, Surunga, Gauradaha and Damak have also been inundated.

The Kankai, the largest river of Jhapa, has inundated many settlements in the southern part of the district while the situation in neighboring Morang district is no different. Likewise, the residents living near the Koshi River in Sunsari and Saptari districts are living under constant fear with the rising level of water in the Koshi and other rivers. Gobargada, a VDC in Saptari, has already been cut off from other villages by the floods.

Of course, inundation is common in the Terai during the monsoon rains. When there is heavy rain, most of the areas go under water, and when there is no rain in the monsoon, the farmers cannot transplant paddy. Hence rain becomes both a boon and bane for the people of the Terai. The rivers and streams, which remain without water during the entire dry season, are blamed for causing inundation while the city areas get flooded due to lack of a proper drainage system. But this time, the eastern Terai received such heavy rainfall that no drainage system could cope with it.

There are a few people who claim that excessive exploitation of natural sources like sand and boulders from the Chure region has caused the floods in the Terai. This, however, may not be the only reason. Again there is no Chure hill in Jhapa, yet the district was hit worst by the floods this year.

There were also a few news reports which blamed the Chure Conservation Program for the floods. According to them, sedimentation on the riverbeds resulted due to the ban on extracting sand from the rivers, and that caused the floods. Yes, the water holding capacity of the Koshi Barrage has decreased due to sedimentation, but such claims do not hold water regarding other rivers.

Little has been done to prevent damages from the floods over the years. The problem of inundation could be reduced to a great extent simply by building embankments on either side of all streams and rivulets causing destruction in the rainy season. By building embankments on these rivers, we can save a big area of arable land in the Terai from becoming barren.
